Vicky Qu

Bio

Vicky joined OrbiMed in 2024 and is a Director, Investment Operation on the Asia team. Prior to joining OrbiMed, Vicky was Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff at BioMap, a world-leading large biology language model-based life science AI platform. Previously, Vicky was a Vice President of Investments at Baidu Venture, where she focused on early-stage novel drugs and innovative biotechnology. Prior to Baidu Venture, she was an Associate at GL Capital and participated in several large transactions in both primary and secondary markets, whereby she gained exposure to the entire investment life cycle. Vicky is a CFA charter holder and received an M.Sc in Finance and a B.Sc in Life Science from Tsinghua University.
